Rockport Cottage Wins Gold!
Project receives a 2011 PRISM Gold Award from the Builder’s Association of Greater Boston

We are honored to announce that we are the proud recipients of the 2011 PRISM Gold Award for “Best Remodeling/Renovation under $250,000” for an 800 square foot beachfront cottage renovation in Rockport, MA.
This award was particularly significant for us because it demonstrates that we put the same level of attention into planning smaller-scale remodeling and renovation projects as we put into building larger custom homes (at BAGB’s last award ceremony in 2009, we were recognized with a Gold PRISM for building the Best Single Family Home over 6,000 square feet).
The PRISM Awards are bestowed every two years, recognizing the best of the best in building, design and marketing programs throughout the greater Boston area. It is the largest awards program of its kind for builders, remodeler and associated professionals. More than 400 home building industry professionals attended this year’s event, held at Boston’s House of Blues (thus the shadow of Jimi Hendrix behind us in the photo), where the winners were revealed.
